On this excursion we will start by driving through the countryside of Tuscany towards the city of Lucca. In Lucca you will receive orientation and free time to visit the most important sites. Famous for its intact Renaissance-era walls, Lucca is home to many medieval basilica-form churches, some dating back to as far as the 8^th century.

Lucca’s pedestrian island allows visitors to wander around freely, and to enjoy the shops in tranquility.  Enjoy a walk through the Medieval town and try the region’s typical gastronomy and wine. Walk on top of the Medieval Walls, enjoy Piazza Anfiteatro, visit San Michele Church & San Frediano. Discover art galleries, antique shops and artisan’s boutiques and take a look at the beautiful windows of Via Fillungo, in one of the most attractive places in Tuscany.

In the Afternoon we will take you to Pisa for a visit of the unique Miracle’s Square and the famous Leaning Tower. The Leaning Tower is certainly not the only attraction Pisa has to offer. There are countless other structures, all just as immaculate. Take the Piazza Dei Miracoli for example, the cathedral where Galileo Galilei (the esteemed inventor) was inspired to create the pendulum clock.
